Terms & Conditions / Rental Agreement (Important)

1. Rental Period

Rentals are charged on a [daily/weekly] basis, starting from the time of pickup or delivery.

2. Payment & Deposits

Full payment is due prior to or at the time of rental.
A security deposit of $100/trailer and $250/equipment may be required and will be refunded upon return, pending inspection.

3. Identification

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required at the time of rental.
Renter must be 21/25+ years of age to rent equipment.

4. Pick-up & Return

All equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was rented.
Any damage, missing parts, or excessive dirt/mud will result in additional charges.
All one day rental must be returned by noon the following Day.
Excepts are weekend specials.

6. Damage or Loss

Renter is liable for any and all damages, including theft, vandalism, or misuse.
Damage repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or billed to the Renter.

7. Responsibility for Equipment

Renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment while in their possession.
The Company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages caused during use.
Renter agrees to operate equipment safely and in accordance with local laws and manufacturer guidelines.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations made [48 hours] or more in advance may be refunded in full.
Cancellations within [48 hours] may result in a [50% fee or loss of deposit].

9. Trailer Towing Requirements

Renter must ensure their vehicle meets towing capacity and hitch requirements for the rented trailer.
The Company is not liable for any damage to the towing vehicle.
